LOOL I know the majority of people will hate this track, but I managed to bench press 30kg dumbells (10 reps) with this track on loop.

Post some tracks that get you pumped up in the gym.

But in answer to the question, metalcore, post-hardcore, deathcore, any kind of core.
Love this for weights:

I end up listening to the crap the gym decides to play because I find the wire gets in the way. I've listened to Girls by Calvin Harris and Moves Like Jagger by Maroon ****ing Five 90% of the times I've been to the gym in the last 3 months.

I wait 'til Adele comes on to really get me pumped for the heavy squats...

Forgot to mentiont that my shorts don't have pockets. And I usually go with a friend so it would be a little anti-social to listen to music.

It's a lose-lose situation. If only the gym played good music.

No idea, none at all, it releases the aggression in me though.

Trust me the music the gym plays is so off putting. E.g LMFAO the part where the guy goes "im sex and i know it" makes me lose concentration
whilst I benchpress 100kg I got
damn who's a sexy chick blasting
I look in the mirror at my tonk rippedness

oh and smack that
whilst i do squats to work my gluteus maxmimus
and when I really want to push myself on he treadmill I sing adele to a picture of a tonk wrestler, someone like youuuu

it's hard to work out, being a male, cos all the other guys are jealous of my manliness
