    Let it be enacted, etc.

    1. That solidarity strikes (or 'secondary strike action') shall be legal, provided that:

    a) the appropriate Union or workplace has conducted a ballot, resulting in a majority vote for strike action.

    this bill doesn't contain the enacting words in full.... just copy and paste them so it follow protocol
