Nope, not yet. But I recieved one for the last week of term on that Tuesday in half term.

I guess they have to see wether I attended all of last week and my college probably send a debit transaction on Friday so it should come on Tuesday since it takes about 3 days for the process of letting EMA know and for the transfer to my account.

It says in the documentation that if you accidentally get overpaid (ie: half term) then this will be made up by not paying you the next week. However, you can only be deprived for two consecutive weeks at a time.

Quick question about the income question - my mum has a negligible taxed income (my dad pays maintenance which isn't supposed to be included/she has a tax free investment), and thus has no form to send in as proof. I phoned the EMA helpline and they said to just fill in B10 (where you essentially write in your income) and they wouldn't require proof of income. While this sounds fine, I'm not sure if it's entirely correct and am slightly worried that it might cause a delay as further proof is needed.

For the same question, regarding income from interest on a savings account, if she doesn't know the exact figure, but knows that it's miniscule, can we write in a figure well in excess of the correct one, to ensure that it's not sent back?

I have some questions on EMA.

Since september I rarely get EMA cause I kept on getting marked out of lessons. But I went to my tutor and she changed everything and marked me in for all the missed lessons. I counted and I should get a around £60-£80 when they backdate it. She fixed this last thursday and today I finally get some cash. But it's only £20! Does anyone know what's going on? Does it just take a bit longer cause it's alot of cash? Bloody annoying cause I actually need my money for school related stuff.
