Using points from courses in another degree

Hi,

Does anyone know if I can use course points that have already been counted towards a qualification, in another qualification?

For example: I'm studying for my BSc in Computing. Once complete, I'd like to get my BEng in Engineering. I will have completed a number of the courses that can count towards the BEng by doing the BSc. Do the points from these count or must I find different courses?

It says on the qualification page ""You must include at least 120 points from OU courses that have not been counted in an OU diploma or other first degree you have been awarded."

So you can use some of the points from your BSc, but you need to study at least 120 more.
