Keeps saying i got my old password wrong even when i clearly am putting in the right one!! :mad:

I kept getting "Internal error" (no explanation) until I realised I'd hadn't included an uppercase character in my new password. You need at least one lowercase, one uppercase and one number.

eek i cant work out my current password to change it! I haven't got my letter about the student card or anythin, so can anyone do me a favour and let me know what the format is for password?
