Entry requirements and type of person suited for Arcadia.

A degree and 5 GCSE's at A* to C are the only educational requirements. Different roles will require different degrees - for example, Purchasing and Distributing would require a degree in a numerate subject. Other essential skills include team working, motivation, leadership, communication skills, attention to detail and organisational skills. Commercial awareness is an essential characteristic for applicants.
