British Airways is currently looking for graduates who have achieved at least a 2:1 in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering to take part in their engineering programs. For other programmes a 2:1 in any discipline is sufficient (or a 2:2 in any discipline for the IT programme, though candidates for the latter must show a desire to excel in that industry), and a minimum of grade C at A-level Maths and Physics (or related science subject) plus grade C at GCSE English and Maths is required. Graduates are needed with competent team working, communication and leadership skills; the ability to take and handle responsibility; good business understanding and acumen.
