No degree requirements specified. Fujitsu is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, driven, honest and determined graduates with good communication skills to apply for it's training programme.
Future prospects and training at Fujitsu.
Training on the Fujitsu graduate schemes begins with a two day Induction event, followed by a two day Personal and Team Effectiveness event, featuring indoor and outdoor activities to encourage and build team work and communication skills. From there graduates will undertake modules aiming to equip graduates with all the required technical expertise in Business and Corporate Responsibility. At the end of the first 12 months a Development review takes place, before graduates begin to take area specific modules. Fujitsu runs a buddy and mentor scheme alongside training. On completion of the training process graduates can move into one of the aforementioned areas.
