Logica is a business and technology service company, employing 41,000 people across 36 countries. What roles are available at Logica?

The Logica Sponsored Degree Programme, now in its 5th year, has positions available for 20 students.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for application you will need a minimum of;

  • Three Bs at A-level (or equivalent) or a BTEC National Diploma with Distinction Profile
  • At least a C-grade in both GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

However you also need to have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom (unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor work permits for this programme)

We need more than academics though so you’ll also need to demonstrate some key personality traits including confidence, reliability, independence, drive and the resilience to handle the pressures that come from working and studying at the same time

  • Exposure and guidance to business analysis and junior consulting techniques.
  • Steer career development and become successful business consultants
  • Application development roles and testing opportunities across the UK
  • Training under the Graduate Development Programme to build a career in the popular Systems Analyst route
  • Upon completion of entry level programmes, roles across UK and Europe open up


Other comments about Logica.

Innovation plays a key role in the Sponsored Degree Programme. With recent entry level students being involved in push technologies and being trained in how to develop software applications that can push financial data direct to users.

Environmental sustainability is seen as a high growth area for Logica with Undergraduates working in client facing business development roles, looking at how our environmental expertise can be used to deliver the solutions our client ecosystems need.
