M&S training combines shop floor placements garnering first hand business experiences with a series of training programmes and workshops to develop all the relevant technical and personal skills to perform in their business area, including leadership, communication and confidence. Graduates will also shadow existing staff to see how they handle the pressures of these roles. On completion of the training, graduates will be placed on a fast track to senior level management, with the possibility of switching discipline if desired.
