The Royal Bank of Scotland Group is one of the world's fastest growing banking institutions. With a worldwide presence, RBS now owns the 9th largest bank in the United States, and was involved the world's largest banking takeover ever, when they were part of a consortium which took over The ABN Amro Group [1]. The RBS Group takes applications from graduates who attained a 2:1 or 2:2, though each programme has it's own requirements. A degree in Finance, Business or Management can be beneficial, but the RBS Groups' main focus is to find passionate individuals for each position.

All successful graduates will undertake Induction sessions and core courses to build up and advance relevant skills; buddy and mentoring programmes are in place to aid development. Community and volunteering work outside the office is also available, as is the opportunity to work internationally.
