University can get quite overwhelming and if you are not careful or your circumstances suddenly change, you can start approaching bankruptcy. To avoid this, universities now have to have a hardship fund. This allows them to hand out money to students that require financial help.
To access the hardship fund at your university, you should go to your union and ask for the forms.
