Please read the following steps on how to cancel your TSR subscription. Should you continue to have problems in being able to cancel your subscription, please contact admin@thestudentroom.co.uk and an administrator will be able to deal with your request.

Step 1.

Click here to be taken to PayPal

Step 2.

Log into the account you used to set up the subscription.

Step 3.

Within PayPal, find a payment made to Acumen Professional Intelligence Ltd and select the link entitled 'Details'. Screenshot below:

Step 4.

Find the subscription by selecting the 'In reference to' link. Screenshot below. Note: If there does not appear to be such a link, skip to Step 5.

Step 5.

Once the link has been selected and you are taken through to a new page, scroll to the bottom, and select 'Cancel Subscription'. Screenshot below:

Step 6.

Select the button and cancel your subscription. Your subscription will then be cancelled, meaning you will have access to subscriber features until the end of the payment period, but will not be charged again. N.B. By cancelling the subscription, should you wish to resubscribe at a later date, you will be required to pay the initial amount of £3.99.
