The Raised Faculty Building
The Modern and Medieval Languages faculty is situated on the Sidgwick site (on Sidgwick Avenue) in the Raised Faculty Building. This is a U shaped building on concrete stilts - not the prettiest structure ever!!! The Raised Faculty building houses all the departmental offices, seminar rooms and the MML Library. Lectures take places in the lecture block. You need to look at the big notice boards outside the lecture block just before you go in to see which lecture theatre your lecture will be in.
