The NUS Extra Card allows you to gain discounts that the NUS have negotiated with companies to gain. The NUS Extra card costs £10. It allows you to gain discounts from many retailers that an ordinary NUS/student card would not get.

You need to be part of an NUS affiliated students union to purchase one.

The ones for the 2007/8 year should be available from mid September. You can choose to get them delivered to your house or you can pick them up from your students union. The card also benefits your union by giving it approximately £4 for every Extra Card sold.
