Introduction

This is a quick and easy recipe to make and it take minimal cooking experience it is a great dish and if you have a lot of cheese with it, it can be very comforting. This can easily serve two people.

Ingredients

  • 250g of pasta
  • 2 red peppers
  • one onion
  • 2 cloves or garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • a teaspoon of sugar
  • Cheddar cheese to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • One teaspoon of olive oil

What you will need

  • A large saucepan
  • A large deep frying pan
  • A colander or sieve
  • A cheese grater
  • A sharp knife

Instructions

1)Slice the onion, red peppers and garlic

2)Boil water in the pan and then put a pinch or salt and a teaspoon of olive oil in. Add the pasta and cook for the recommended time.

3)Melt the butter in the frying pan and add the garlic onion, red pepper and sugar. Gradually heat until the onions are brown. The remove from the hob.

4)Once the pasta is cooked drain it and add to the frying pan stirring in the cheese

5)Put on a plate and season to taste

6)Nice if served with crusty white bread and butter and salad.
