Prawn Stir-Fry (Serves 1)

Ingredients

• Pre-cooked Rice
• 1 Egg
• Tiger Prawns
• Spring Onions
• Soy Sauce

Method

Cook the rice seperately

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan till hot

Add the rice

Crack an egg into the pan (make sure the egg goes onto the pan and not the rice)

Wait a bit till it is semi-cooked, then stir it in with the rice

Add some already cooked tiger prawns

Add some finely chopped spring onions

Then season with soy sauce!!!
