Treaty Of St Germain September 1919

This treaty dealt with Austria and it reduced its frontiers to a tiny rump state. In fact most of Austria's wealthiest lend went to create Czechoslovakia. The rest of the territories taken from Austria were distributed as follows: Bukovina to Rumania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Dalmation Coast went to Yugoslavia.

The result of this was that the economy of the country was destroyed.

Treaty of Neuilly, November 1919

This treaty dealt with Bulgaria and it can be seen from the terms of the treaty that the treaty was quite lenient. In fact Bulgaria was forced to pay a sum of £90 million in reparations and also territories were taken from Bulgaria such as the access to the Mediterranean sea which went to Yugoslavia.

Treaty of Sèvres, August 1920

This treaty dealt with Turkey, and the most important clauses of the treaty was that Turkey's colonies were to be placed under the authority of the League of Nations. Also the control of the straits was placed under the authority of the League of Nations.

Treaty of Triano, June 1920

This treaty was quite severe in fact Hungary was reduced to a rump state. Territorial losses were even more severe then for Austria. Slovakia and Ruthenia went to Czechoslovakia, Croatia-Slovenia - and part of the Banat went to Romania, and also Hungary loss access to the sea, Fiume.
