There are many different ways of external communication. This includes letters, annual reports, forms, newsletters, advertisements, etc.

The purpose and objectives of external communication is to:

  • Provide information to consumers about products and services to do with the organisation.
  • Promote the organisation.
  • Handle enquiries about the organisation and its products and services.
  • Advertise the organisation.
