Help:Submit your own Revision Notes

TSR Wiki > About TSR > Editing Help > Submit Your Own Revision Notes

TSR has an ever growing range of revision notes, mostly written and submitted by users of the site. Anyone can use them to help in their exam preparation. To We know many of you make your own notes when revising, so to help us cover more exams and topics why don't you add your own revision notes.

Add Your Revision Notes

Adding your revision notes couldn't be easier. Before you add your notes, try to find out the following information about them:

  • the subject the are for
  • the topic area they fall in to within that subject
  • the exam board and specification they are for
  • which module or exam level they are relevant for

The above information is essentially all about the exams you are sitting. In addition it would be great if you could say any other exams they are relevant for. For example, if you know the topic falls in to both higher and foundation tier at GCSE, make a note of that too.

All this information can be added in a 'comments' section at the end of your revision notes - we are currently structuring and ordering the revision notes, so adding this info will be invaluable to us.

So you are now ready to create a new article for your notes. Read below to find out how:

{{#if:New Revision Notes|

Type the topic of your notes:

If the name is already in use, be more descriptive about your title!

Help Using the Wiki Code

You might be unfamiliar with wiki coding, so we have plenty of help to get you started.

If you are still unsure, you can ask to have your notes added by someone else. Simply go to the About Wiki Forum and create a new thread asking for your revision notes to be added. Either attach a document containing your notes or type your notes in to the thread.
