To add this breadcrumb navigation to any revision notes article ad the following to the very top of the articles edit box:

{{Revision Breadcrumb
| subject = 
| revision article name = 
}}

Where 'subject' should be the main subject the revision notes can be used for and 'revision article name' is the full title of the revision notes articles with out the 'revision' bit, e.g. 'Revision:Algebraic Fractions' would have 'Algebraic Fractions' added after the '='.

For adding breadcrumbs to Topic list articles and to category pages you may need slightly different breadcrumbs.
