There is the template for adding societies to the society list/lists.

Adding a society

To add a society to a list, you need to add the following to the society page, in the correct category and aphabetical place:

• For name, write the name of the society.

• For image, give the name of the file/page upload to the wiki containing socities image. If forexample you upload the image for the Maths soc on to the page called Image:Mathim.jpg, then you enter the name 'mathim.jpg' after the equals sign.

• For description, write the description used on the forums.

• For thread, provide the link to the thread for the society in the forums.

• For join, provide the link to the page contianing the box for apply to the society.

• For members, provide a link to the list of society members.
