The Towers

There are six residential towers on the university campus which now form a local landmark! The central location of these residences means that residents are close to all of the University amenities. The walking distance to the centre of campus is approximately 2-3 minutes. Each Tower accommodates between 143 and 233 students in self-contained flats of 13 to 16 residents. Most of the flats have a central kitchen/dining area with rooms located on either side, together with showers and toilets. In addition there are a few smaller flats located at either the top or the bottom of the tower with between three and seven rooms.

The North Towers Accommodation is close to the Houses and Wolfson Court towards the northern edge of campus. The South Towers are more vibrant due to their central position near the heart of the campus close to the Sports Centre and the Students Union facilities such as Sub Zero and Cafe Mondo.

The Towers have between 12 and 16 floors with a flat on each floor with some panoramic views from the higher floors. There are two lifts in each building and an emergency staircase
