- Tuna steaks
- Olive oil
- Chopped coriander
- Chopped parsley
- Ground coriander seeds
Marinade tuna steaks in olive oil, chopped coriander and parsley and ground coriander seeds.
Fry for 30 seconds on each side (still raw on the inside).
Serve with sour cream and vegetables of your choice.
If you don't feel like leaving so saw on the inside, you could cook the tuna for longer on each side. However, be careful not to overcook too much otherwise the tuna will get very dry and not be so nice.
