In Liverpool, The Studios will open the doors of its 222 studio rooms in September 2015. This is another new Liverpool site opening in 2015 for X1 Lettings. Shared between students and recent graduates, X1 Liverpool One will be a good choice for students looking for city centre living with a little more luxury. The accommodation is surrounded by bars and restaurants and has a choice of supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. As well as a complimentary gym, the site will house its very own on-site cinema for students. There will be over 200 studios available and prices start from £140 per week.
X1 Arndale House (Liverpool)
Arndale House is conveniently located just a short walk from both University of Liverpool and John Moore’s campus. The building requires an entry fob for access and also has CCTV for added security. There are flats made up of 4 or 5 double en-suite bedrooms (which each include a 32” flat screen TV), a communal living area and a kitchen complete with washer/dryer. Each communal lounge has SKY TV included. There are also top floor balcony flats available that offer great views over the city. The studios include a SKY TV package as well as having bike storage available. Right below the accommodation is a Tesco Express and a Costa Coffee, making it super convenient for late night snack runs and early caffeine hits! Rooms cost between £125 and £165 per week.
X1 The Courtyard (Liverpool)
The Courtyard development in Liverpool provide students with a different take on the traditional halls of residence. Made up of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom, fully furnished apartments and 3 bedroom townhouses and as the name might suggest, a communal courtyard garden to chill out in, The Courtyard offers a slightly less hectic style of living. There are car parking spaces available making it a good choice for those that want the ease of having a car with them at Uni. The site is a 15 minute walk from The Albert Dock and the Liverpool ONE shopping centre as well as having good access to the different university campuses. Rooms at The Courtyard range from £115 - £165 per week.
X1 Borden Court (Liverpool)
Those looking for more traditional student accommodation in Liverpool may like the look of Borden Court. The city centre site offers flats made up of between 5-7 rooms, with four different choices of room size. Borden Court provides competitively priced accommodation whilst still including some luxuries like SKY TV with a full sports and movie package. Each flat provides shared use of two bathrooms and two toilets as well as including a washer/dryer. There are shops, banks and plenty of food options within a couple of minutes’ walk. Rooms range from £98-£116 and include utility and internet bills.
X1 The Edge (Liverpool)
Convenient student accommodation, located in walking distance of both the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. There are a total of 231 double en-suite rooms available, divided up into flats, two of which are 8-bedroom penthouse flats on the top floor. All flats include SKY TV packages, have access to a private communal courtyard and have storage available for bikes. For those whom outside space is important there are also some Terrace rooms available which include a little extra space and a private terrace. There is an on-site gym and launderette available for all rooms to use. Rooms cost between £124-£130 per week including utility and internet bills.
X1 Chapel Street (Manchester)
Chapel Street offers bright, modern student accommodation in the Salford area, with good transport links just up the road at Salford Central train station. Located just a stone’s throw from Salford Cathedral, the accommodation also has rare, green space close by at The Meadow. The accommodation is split into flats of between 4-6 double en-suite rooms. Each room includes an LCD TV and some also have a balcony to provide a little outside space. For more privacy there are self-contained studios, the larger of which claim to give the feel of a 1-bedroom flat by giving a work/life divide to the living space.
