Regent's University London has a whole variety of facilities on offer including an extensive library, campus shops, IT equipment and more. There's also state-of-the-art equipment on offer to help you on your course.


The university is situated right in the heart of London in Marylebone, with Bond Street tube station the closest transport link. This area has hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants and is also close to many of the main tourist attractions the capital has to offer.

Library and study facilities

There is a main library on campus which helps support your learning and research activities both on and off campus. The university offers induction sessions, workshops and training early on so that new students can make full use of what the university has to offer.

The main Tate Library contains 40,000 books in its collection and subscribes to over 200 journals. The library also holds a wide range of DVDs, international newspapers and periodicals, journals, audio-visual materials, and databases. There is also a growing collection of online resources and electronic journals.

The library offers dedicated spaces for laptop use and for group work, as well as a silent study area for independent learning.

In addition to the main library, the three-storey Fashion and Design Library houses specialist print and electronic collections which support the creative programmes.


There are more than 200 designated open access workstations located around the University, providing 24/7 access to computing facilities and support for all students. In addition to general workstations, there are IT areas in classrooms and wifi throughout the campus.

Careers service

The Careers and Business Relations team offers a wealth of information, advice and guidance to help you make the right decisions for your future. They run regular career coaching sessions, offer advice and support on starting your own business, skills workshops, and industry events.


With coffee shops, bars, a deli, restaurants and vending machines all on campus, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink at the university. In addition to food and drink, there is also a campus shop where you can pick up study essentials.

Student Union

The Student Union provides a social environment on campus where you can make friends, network and generally get the most out of your student years. As well as providing a host of services and activities, the Student Union also supports a number of clubs and societies on campus each year. As well as this, the Student Union represents students at all levels of decision-making at the university.


The university has a well-equipped gym which provides the ideal surroundings for keep-fit enthusiasts. The gym offers a varied range of evening fitness classes including yoga, pilates, boxercise, zumba, body pump and street dance. A multi-use games area is also on offer, where you can play five-a-side football, tennis and basketball. There are also tennis courts in the park nearby.

Medical and welfare services

The university's Student Services team is on hand to help you adjust and get the most out of life on campus and in London. They offer support and specialist advice to help with any matter, whether it is personal, practical or academic. All students can use the university's counselling service, which is professional, confidential and free of charge.

Financial aid

A number of scholarships are on offer for prospective students, with some set aside for those who excel in particular subjects. If you struggle financially while studying, the student services team is on hand to help you sort out your finances.
