Recipe - arroz con pollo
- Chicken Stock
- Chopped Tomato
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Add chicken covered in paprika and cook for 5 minutes (brownish).
- Cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup of water.
- Add rice until opaque for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in chicken stock, chopped tomatoes and allspice.
- Stir in 1 tsp of paprika
- Add salt and pepper
- Add chorizo
- Simmer for 20 minutes
- Add parsley
