Recipe - arroz con pollo

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Oil
  • Rice
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Chicken Stock
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Chorizo
  • AllSpice
  • Paprika
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley

Method

  1. Add chicken covered in paprika and cook for 5 minutes (brownish).
  2. Cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of water.
  4. Add rice until opaque for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in chicken stock, chopped tomatoes and allspice.
  6. Stir in 1 tsp of paprika
  7. Add salt and pepper
  8. Add chorizo
  9. Simmer for 20 minutes
  10. Add parsley
