Recipe - chicken noodle stir fry - The Student Room

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of instant noodles
  • chicken breast cut into pieces (or a packet of chopped chicken/turkey)
  • Several vegetables from:
    • sliced mushrooms
    • mange tout
    • peas
    • sliced carrots
    • baby corn
    • spring onions
    • onions
  • soy sauce
  • cooking oil

Equipment

  • wok or deep pan.

Method

Put a kettle on to boil.

Open pack of noodles and throw away sachet of "flavour".

Heat the wok.

Stir fry chicken until cooked.

Add chosen veg.

Stir fry for a few mins.

Add boiling water to cover - if you add too much you will end up with chicken noodle soup.

Add noodles, stir for a min or two until cooked.

Add soy sauce to taste.

Eat
