Ingredients

Pasta

Salt

Milk

Flour

Grated Cheese

According to preference, add, Mixed Herbs, Bacon, Ham or Peas.

Method

1. Pour boiling water from the kettle into a saucepan over the pasta. Add a pinch of salt.

2. In another pan put together the milk and the flour, when this has mixed nicely add the grated cheese. The sauce should start to thicken.

3. When pasta is cooked, and sauce is thick, combine together until all the pasta is coated.
