- 1 mug of cold tea
- 1 mug of sultanas
- 1 egg
- 1 mug wholemeal self-raising flour (or regular white self raising flour is fine too)
- A 2lb loaf tin is pretty much essential or it doesn't come out right!
- Soak sultanas in tea overnight
- Mix in a large bowl with all other ingredients
- Put in oven at 150 degrees
- Leave to cool and enjoy!
Slice and spread with butter, eat on its own, with custard, dipped in tea, its all good!
