- Lemon juice
- Chopped parsley
Either stuff with chopped garlic and rosemary stalks and cook.
Gently fry mushrooms in a pan, add garlic and cook until juices released and soft.
Add lemon juice and freshly chopped parsley.
Stuff this inside the Sea Bass (any fish really) and cook.
If anyone wants lots of sea bass, contact fisherman on the TSR forums, he can set you up with nets to take a hundred no problem, and they are legal and bass are very valuable, about £18 a kilo at peak times.
