Nik has worked as a journalist, copywriter, podcaster and presenter since 2000. His work has appeared in publications ranging from local newspapers through to global brands such as T3, The Guardian and MSN and he's reported from locations around the world, from Los Angeles to Tokyo. He's now focused on leading the editorial direction and strategy of The Student Room.
Chelsea Forsyth - editor
With more than five years' experience as a journalist and editor, Chelsea has worked across a variety of print and online publications in the UK and Australia. Chelsea has also built up extensive experience in PR management and now heads up The Student Room's commercial content department, making all of our sponsored and partnership content amazing.
Pete Langley - study help lead
Pete has an instinctive understanding of the student journey, having spent more than 30 years working as a teacher in secondary schools and colleges. He is the founder of The Student Room's sister site, Get Revising, and has authored a series of A-level Sociology textbooks. He now heads up The Student Room's study help department, ensuring TSR provides essential help and advice to GCSE and A-level students.
Hayley Pearce - content writer
Hayley is an NCTJ-trained journalist, and has worked as a freelance reporter and copywriter in Berlin and as a staff reporter for The Argus newspaper in Brighton. Hayley also has more than five years’ experience in social media and content marketing for tech start-ups and a digital marketing agency, and she now writes news and features for The Student Room.
