works funny here on TSR;

Rationalise the following:
a)

\frac{5}{\sqrt7}

\frac{14+7\sqrt2}{2+\sqrt3}

\frac{\sqrt{7}+3\sqrt{5}}{5\sqrt{13}-\sqrt{17}}

I'm also used to align* which is why I stuck with it until I saw your use of aligned. You can get align* to work on TSR but you have to use \displaystyle with a line break after it (no idea why) and even then it doesn't always work if your spacing is not correct:

Hmm... I think it's because \displaystyle puts everything after it into 'math mode' whereas aligned does that automatically? For example, I just tested and you don't need \displaystyle because putting $ signs at the beginning and end of your code [i.e. $\begin{align*} .... \end{align*}$ ], you achieve the exact same result + the centering trait which is what align* usually comes with.
