Nico & The Velvet Underground is worth adding to the backlog given how often it shows up on "best of all time" lists

Added. And about time I requested a poll change, come to think of it. :ahee:
Fair enough you guys 😁
The album was a pretty quiet one lol.
I guess if you're looking for something more vibrant then I would go with
The Cure- Three imaginary boys album from 1979

Other albums
Tame Impala- Innerspeaker album from 2010
The Pixies- Doolittle album from 1989
Mitski- Bury me at Makeout creek from 2014
Hole- Celebrity Skin album from 1998

These are a lot more vibrant and loud. My mistake for giving you guys a more quite album lol.
Hope you enjoy 😁

I quite liked Seventeen Seconds, haven't finished it though so I'll give it another go. Maybe it helps that I don't usually pay much attention to lyrics so I don't miss them

7/10 for me

No need to apologise, some variation is nice. :yep: I've added these other suggestions to the backlog.

Thank you so much ❤️
I think this is the first album we've had where the cover can be plotted on Desmos.

Arctic Monkeys - AM

Do I Wanna Know? - Great song. Great music video, too. :yy:

R U Mine? - I wasn't blown away by the previous album of theirs that we listened to, but this is off to a fine start. :yy:

One for the Road - Solid. :yy:

Arabella - Noice. :yy:

I Want It All - Ok.

No. 1 Party Anthem - Slower, nice change of pace. :yy:

Mad Sounds - ...bit too slow.

Fireside - Love it. :yy:

Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High? - :yy:

Snap Out of It - Didn't like this so much.

Knee Socks - This either.

I Wanna Be Yours - Fun ending. :yy:

8/10, liked it much more than I expected.
Arctic Monkeys - AM

Some songs I really liked and a couple I instantly forgot. Overall I liked it, though. 8/10
Bury me at Makeout Creek

Texas Reznikoff - :yy: Nice track, relaxing... until the final verse startled me awake!

Townie - Loud, and powerful. :yy:

First Love / Late Spring - Love the chorus. :yy:

Francis Forever - Decent. :yy:

I Don’t Smoke - A bit too discordant for me.

Jobless Monday - Short but good. :yy:

Drunk Walk Home - ...interesting.

I Will - Sweet. :yy:

Carry Me Out - Fantastic. :yy:

Last Words of a Shooting Star - That got dark! :zomg: :yy:

8/10
How about the (what's the story?) morning glory album by Oasis?
I'd personally give it a 10/10 because now most of the songs are in my playlist now and I just found this album today.

We've already had that, but I'll add your score to its total, boosting it from 8.5 to 8.8/10. :yep:

Thank you
Jacqueline - Nice overall but the lyrics repeated a little and the start was a little slow (though the latter point is personal preference).

Tell Her Tonight - Alright but I didn't quite feel anything about it. :dontknow:

Take Me Out - This is the one I already knew and is the strongest song on the album - both parts of it.

The Dark Of The Matinee - I liked this one quite a bit.

Auf Achse - Another good choon in my book.

Cheating On You - I may be wrong but I'm getting some pipeline vibes with the guitar. Not a bad thing and another neat song.

This Fire - Still more nice music (unrelated to the nature of the music but I liked the ending to the music video ).

Darts Of Pleasure - Decent but not quite as good as prior songs.

Michael - Nice but I didn't feel that the vocals complemented the music as well as it could've.

Come On Home - Good enough, not quite my thing though.

40' - See above song opinion.

Overall a good album but not all my thing and a few songs which weren't quite so good.
I'll go with a score of 3e. :yep:

I have a few album recommendations:

Spoiler

Franz Ferdinand2

Jacqueline - Great intro, love the instrumental breaks. :yy:

Tell Her Tonight - Catchy!

Take Me Out - A classic. :yy:

The Dark of the Matinée - Always liked this one. :yy:

Auf Achse - That ending! :yy:

Cheating on You - YES :yy:

This Fire - :headfire: :yy:

Darts of Pleasure - Dark, mysterious, passionate... then suddenly, champers with salmon. :yy:

Michael - The first of their songs I ever heard, instantly hooked. :yy:

Come on Home - Superphantastisch. :yy:

40' - Probably the track I played the most on the album, back in the day. :yy:

A very nostalgia heavy 10/10.
