No idea - I've been told not to hold my breath though.

Application Status
Your course
Your application has been received by the Department /it was 'has been sent' yesterday/
A decision has not yet been made. Please visit the UCAS website for further details

The application process:

The admissions process involves consideration at the department to which you have applied and, if the department decide they are to make you an offer. The process works as follows:
Your UCAS application form is passed to the Departmental Admissions Selector for the programme in which you are interested. The Departmental Admissions Selector will make a decision on your application on the basis of the information you have presented on your UCAS form. In addition, some applicants will be invited for interview as part of this consideration process.
If the Departmental Admissions Selector decides you are to receive an offer you will then be placed in a College. If you have stated a College preference on your UCAS form your request will be considered and we shall attempt to place you in your preference College. /bla bla/

Tracking your application

You can monitor the progress of your application within the University as outlined above. However, please note that the AES provides only an indication of the progress of an application and is not the legally binding official decision of the University. Official decisions are communicated through UCAS. In the vast majority of cases, the progress of an application to a college on our AES will indicate that an application has been successful, but there are exceptions to this. We therefore advise all applicants to wait until details of their offer have been communicated through UCAS before they presume that they will receive an offer. You can find out what decision has been made at UCAS by logging onto the UCAS applicant tracking service.

My AES doesn't have the 'a decision has not been made yet' line? Is that bad?

Same here, mine says :

G103 Mathematics - Mmath
Your application has been received by the Department
Your application has not yet been received by a College

I wouldn't have thought it matters though.

 That's what mine says. Puts my mind at ease, was worrying that they'd already decided I was rejected and track just hadn't updated yet!

That's exactly why I picked it too. I haven't found many law people who want to go there yet so I'm keeping my fingers crossed competition-wise :frown:
