Then press the manual setup button.
Details you need are:
Email address: [your email address]
Server address: owa.ex.ac.uk
Domain: isad
Username: [your uni username e.g. JABloggs]
password: [your uni password]

Finally, tick the SSL box and press next. It should work from there.

I got these instructions from this page:

An update came up on my hero but I clicked update later. I now have no idea how to access the update. I've tried turning on/turning off/removing SIM card, but it didn't work.

Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with Cronos, but what I did was get the Home.apk, run it, then delete LauncherPro with Root Explorer, then reboot and install the new one :tongue:rouf:
