I think I sent my application off on Oct 11-ish. I wouldn't be too worried, maybe UCL's system is just being slow, as usual. I was thinking maybe it's because my PS isn't good enough and they want to know more about me? But that's complete speculation...

The questions are specfic to the subject.

'Candidates resident outside the UK are not expected to attend the UCAS Open Days but will be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to a final decision being made.'

This is what I originally remember, seems conflicting info whether questionnaires are for just international or for every competitive applicant :/

Well its not really an offer just an intention "to recommend that an offer be sent to you through UCAS in the near future" if I attend an open day

Anyone know what they do on this open day, and if you can do something to make them withdraw the offer?

Congrats! At least you've heard from UCL. Could you please tell me whether UCL asked for UMS or contacted you in anyway before they sent you the above?
