I just came across this thread and thought I'd share this insane cupcake icing! It's by someone on flickr called icingdreams, she had loads of amazing designs but this is my favourite...I have no idea how she does something this detailled!

Wow, it's stunning!
I'm wondering if you guys could help me a little? For my dissertation I am creating a website for cupcake recipes and have created a questionnaire to gather some research. If anyone is interested could you fill it in for me? Link is here. Thanks

(if this is against the rules mods, sorry and feel free to delete this post!)

Looks yummy but weird at the same time, like a giant Rocher or something!
My (terrible) attempt at spider cupcakes this evening!

Does anyone know were you can get these cases from?

They seem kind if expensive at 40p each they'd be more expensive than the actual cake. But thanks away. The recipe looks quite good so I might just make then with normal cases.

I like where you were going with this, my advice (if you can) would be add purple/blue food colouring to the icing in the future and maybe another 4 legs? lol.
Does anyone know where I can find edible glitter at a reasonable price(I don't mind buying it online)? I've tried Sainsburies, Tesco, Asda & Waitrose.. no luck!

Well I'm so sorry you felt compelled to reply to my obviously inferior contribution to this thread. Seriously, get a grip.

So did I but apparently I get negged for saying I like where they were going and giving a couple of ideas for the next batch while the person making sarccy comments gets nothing. I feel Ive been unjustly negged
