It would definetly be as big as it is now, seeing as England doesnt have an army.

To be honest I think it's more likely that the weather is putting off potential invaders than a few thousand soldiers waving metal projectiles.

Also, we don't need an army to have nuclear weapons (much as I disagree with them- they are usually cited as the primary deterrent)
