Three of the most popular i've come across are Sarah, Laura and Katie.

Other than that, names like Kerry, Kelly, Stacey, Gemma, Tracey and Rebecca are also common.

Surname-wise, Smith is easily the most common i would guess, along with Jones and Brown.

Yeah so any combination of them.
