Daily Mail; Twilight Is Modern Day Shakespeare, I agree.

'Twilight is considered a modern day shake spear'

I agree with this, if you read past the simple love story there is a lot of substance and deep meanings behind twilight if you read into it who else agrees.

Daily Mail = trolls.
**** no. **** no.

i read it and cringed all the way through. primarily because the characterisations were ****...bella had absolutely no depth, edward had no depth,as for story line nothing happened until the last two chapters....so basically i felt like i was reading a book about nothing :/
sigh at humanity

Yes.
Except it's less complex with less of a plot, less thought and less emotion.
Oh... and terrible writing.

Otherwise it's exactly like Shakespeare :/

How can the daily mail not be satire? They are too funny.

Baww, link doesn't work anymore :frown:

But I  at that comment.
Twilight is fluffy fan fiction aimed at teenagers and desperate 40 year old women.

Rubbish.

I've read better fan fictions.
You know what I agree with?

Not that...

In the sense that you have to disengage your brain and re-engage it in an entirely new sense just to understand one sentence, then sure, they're bang on. The difference is, once you've done that, Shakespeare was actually good.

I found what I was forced to read of Shakespeare incredibly boring, and from what I've been told about it, I would have similar sentiments about Twilight. I agree also.
Where is this article then?

I call troll.

I mean seriously? :lolwut:

Oh did you say "daily Mail"?
Twilight reads like a ****ty fan fiction written by a horny 14 year old goth.

Comparing Twilight to Shakespeare is like comparing Beethoven to N-Dubz.
