Chymotrypsin - Chymotrypsin is a pancreatic digestive enzyme that catalyses the hydrolysis of certain proteins in the small intestine into polypeptides and amino acids. Chymotrypsin hydrolyses the peptide bond of amino acids with large hydrophobic side chains, such as phenylalanine, tryptophan, and tyrosine.

Trypsin - Trypsin, a proteolytic enzyme, hydrolyses peptide bonds on the carboxyl side of amino acids (arginine and lysine). Trypsin catalyses the cleavage and activation of additional trypsinogen and other pancreatic pro-enzymes important to protein digestion.
