I think I'll contribute with some of the worst names of my country:

Alfhild - an old scandinavian name, means elf battle.
Beata - I don't know where it's from or what it means, and I don't want to know.
Dagmar - originates from the way cooler name, Dragomir, it means love and peace.
Frideborg - sounds stupid in Swedish too.
Gerd and Gun - characters in nordic mythology.
Valborg - walpurgis, I don't know why it's also a name.
Linus - all Linuses I know are violent and unintelligent.
Rudolf - it's just mean to name your child after a reindeer.
Madicken - famous character in a classic children's book.
Halfdan - uncommon, but litteraly means mediocre.

I should point out that most Swedish people name their children Viktor, Adam, Alexander, Daniel, Kristoffer, Andreas, Erik, Oskar, Anna, Hanna, Amanda, Sara, Emma, Sofia, Maria etc.

haha, I don't really like people with these name either  (They are mostly name of people I don't like XD)
I quite like Elizabeth though.
Not so much for Catherine...I know someone by that name and I'm not that fond of her

Ohhh and how can I forget the name Tara...ergh.

Mildred is all my time most hated.

Some others include:
Bronte,
Agatha,
Gertrude,
Janice.

I used to really hate the name agatha too but I know someone polish called agatha and other polish people pronounce her name ag-art-a which is slightly different to the english pronounciation and I quite like it now.

I hate the name dorothy. there was a girl at school that I knew with that name and she actually shortened it to dot. I also really dislike names like hope, destiny, mercy and princess.
Chav names eg. Stacy, Ashley etc. Also weird Afro-American names like Shaniqua, Kerisha, Philosophisha etc.

One clever software engineer doesn't make up for all the Linuses that terrorised the playground when I grew up!
L'quisha
Sh'quisha
M'quisha
Shaniqua

Also normal names with strange spelling like Treyc. Why not just Tracy?
jamilla
