*sigh* One problem after another....

Hai giuse, I've been inactive on the forums recently, because pcspecialist.co.uk hardware is crapping out on me ( yet again, see previous posts by me in thread), and I have had a string of defective motherboards that they keep replacing to fix the charging circuit on the board. This has been going on since the end of July.

The good news is that they've finally fixed the charging issue. The bad news is that they've somehow managed to break the wireless card. the card is not being detected by either Windows or Mint, and I've not got any screwdrivers small enough to take the thing apart myself to check it's all connected properly to the motherboard. :frown:

Waiting to hear back from them to see what they can do, and I hope that they offer a refund on the parts we purchased from them so I can buy a new machine from somewhere else.

You don't need any screw drivers to check if things are properly secured.

To open the case, should just be 2 thumb screws.

Another reason, why you should build computers yourself.

It's a laptop. The portability was useful for school use.
