Why don't you let them do at their homes what they want?. The really important question is why the western world is angaged in the middle east since the last 30 years.
I agree - we should get the **** out of there and let them crumble; however, my point is that you can't use Western presence, interference - whatever you want to call it - in the Middle-East, as an excuse for Islamic terrorist.

No not really. Many suicide bombings are carried out by people who have no real strong links to the hub of Al Qaeda but are inspired by such actions e.g. 9/11 and choose to make their own statement with home made explosives strapped to them. If you stubbed out Al Qaeda tomorrow, you'd still get self-styled terrorists aiming to make a point.
About the "illegal" poppy fields, they were outlawed in Afghanistan by the Taliban and as a result the global heroin trade was on the verge of collapse. Since the invasion in 2001, the poppy industry has grown as a result of reduced Taliban influence in the region. It doesn't have a role in financing these groups.

Terrorism will always exist, in all of us, just on different scales.
Many of us will have, at some point in our lives, inflicted terror on somebody, no matter how small.
Terrorism on a much larger scale involves the killing of many people for political, social, 'religious' or other reasons.
As long as humans exist so will terrorism.
