OP I don't know what to say. If you lie and say it wasn't you, she might see through it. If you don't say anything, it will be a shadow hanging over the two of you that doesn't goes away. And if you tell the truth... well...

But to repeat what some other people have asked, why would you film yourself? Even if it's for a LDR boyfriend, you should have deleted it straight after you sent it to him, just to be on the safe side of situations like this.
