Views and advice on this design

Hi this is one of my concept designs for my Architecture course. Ive estimated it to be around 3000m2 (floor space)
My design theme is pop art or other similar movements. And i have chosen to do a Library in the City of Cambridge.

Is this large enough?

Also can i have views on the design itself?

Too tiring to look at for extended periods of time. Keep in mind that people will be forced to observe it everyday for years if they work there. The design based on a toy is also pretty unappealing. A transparent ceiling is not a good idea for a library or any place of quiet study. Color scheme is a bit off.

Entrance is nice, though. I also wonder what your interior layout will be like.
