sexuality :S how do you know? :S

OK lately I've been thinking about my sexuality and started to wonder if I am straight :s-smilie: I am a girl and I get aroused when I watch lesbian porn. How can you tell if your straight, lesbian or Bi
serious comments please  thanks in advance

Generally most people assume themselves to be straight, but this isn't always the case. People find themselves experimenting, which I guess you should have a go at? Try hooking up with a girl, and see if she does much for you in terms of turning you on etc... But just because you find lesbian porn a turn on does not necessarily mean that you are bi/gay.
kiss a girl and see if you like it lol..

It's not strictly a case of three categories - no one is 100% straight, 100% gay or an exactly 50/50 split between the two. It's an entire spectrum, and where you fall all depends on how you feel; for example, you can be straight because you'd only want to date someone of the opposite gender ... but find people of the same sex attractive. Do you 'feel' straight?

Then there are people like me who are off the spectrum by being things like asexual - how do you tell what you are when you find no one sexually attractive? I still have physical and emotional attraction, and without a sexual component to drive you these can go either way; it so happens that the majority of people I have been attracted to are male, but I find females physically attractive and can connect with them, so if that occurs in the same woman I an equally capable of being attracted to them.

Don't try and label it into three nice categories, it doesn't fit.

then just use that for your 'free time'.. you just confirmed you wouldnt want to go into a relationship, so then just have fun with it....
the three B's

like Balls - straight
like Boobs - gay
like Both - bi (coughgreedycough)

In all seriousness OP, many teenagers go through a "confused" stage, bear in mind your currently a radiactive drum of hormones racing through your body and making everything super urgently wierd (oh i miss it)

Give it time go with the flow so to speak until your brain and body settles down a bit

I saw Rihanna on telly the other day and I got an absolute stonker on. I am male.

QED.
It's easy if you're a boy...point your willy towards a girl and a boy, whoever it responds to with an erection is how sexuality is determined :mmm:
If it happens for both, you're bisexual.

The willy knows all :smug:

LOOOL I'm a girl :s-smilie:
So you wouldn't want a relationship with a girl, but would you be interested in having sex with one, if you had the opportunity? If you would then I guess you're bisexual.
I don't see the need for labels though, just be yourself, do what makes you happy.

I consider myself basically straight but Rihanna on the X-Factor... (Not that I actually watch that ****, just based on the pictures from it :p: )

In which case, replace 'willy' with 'nipples' and apply the same theory

Well I wouldn't see that as extremely straight. Despite the fact that a girl might be a great kisser, I'd not enjoy it at all. :erm:

But on the other hand, I think it might have been proven somewhere that the naked body arouses both males and females, despite what gender it may be.

Though as a personal preference, I wouldn't be staying there watching it. I'd describe my self as straight.

Some people go through phases where they're unsure, everything's changing so you don't really know who or what you are. I remember at school when I came in one morning, about 1/4 of my friends had seemingly 'turned' bisexual overnight. I guess I missed out on some amazing orgy the night before. :hmmmm2:

I realise this is a joke, but feel compelled to point this out anyway: the erection mechanisms for a penis and a nipple are very different.

Don't worry, if I was a woman, I'd be lesbian too.

Actually, according to "research" women can get aroused by pretty much anything. But often don't make the "connection".. They'll deny it, not really knowing. It doesn't mean you're a "lesbian" or whatever. The women denied being aroused by man/man and woman/woman, when they were etc.. So yes.

Stop doing these ' : S ' gay smileys in the title would be a start. You're not a lesbian and you'll never decide to become one. You're alright as you are.

As someone said before. noone is 100% either way. Just un with whatever feels comfortable for you at the time. You dont need to define yourself.
For example, I consider myself straight and have only been in straight relationships, but there are some women who i find incredibly sexy and would be perfectly willing to sleep with. Everyone is different, and you just need to be relaxed with who you are and what you like.
