I realise there was a large thread & poll on this subject done a couple of years ago, but it only stated the main BMI categories (underweight, normal, overweight, obese), but I was curious on a slightly more detailed scale (NB. I could only have 16 poll options so had to go up in twos).
So here's the calculator...

Below 18.5 - Underweight
18.5 to 24.9 - Healthy weight
25.0 to 29.9 - Overweight
30 to 39.9 - Obese
40 and above - Morbidly obese

BMI is a pointless measure for someone like me.
Mine is 28.61 (93kg, 5'11"), but I'm most certainly not unfit.
I've got a little bit of a tummy, granted, but I'm certainly not fat.

19.24. I'm 6'3" and 150 pounds, so while I have almost no fat, I have pretty much no muscle either. Oh well.

This, mine is 26 with 15% body fat, BMI is completely irrelevant, body fat is what matters
