Christmas presents!

i bought my mum a washing machine.
...seriously.
it was agreed that i didn't owe her any xmas presents for a while
still get her something little though
A silk dress.

Probably too late now, but idea for the future - go shopping with her. Make a mental note of everything she stares longingly at, checks the price tag for, holds up against herself to see if it would fit, or casually mentions 'that's nice'. Go back later and find one of these items which fits your budget.

Your username (DW!!!) and sig (MUSE!!!!) make me happy.

So I got her a nice blouse and jewelry to go with it.
I still haven't got anything, and I really didn't want to leave it til Christmas eve :frown: I'll probably pick up jewellery and/or a bag or something tomorrow.

Wow, I'd be so stressed if I'd left it this late!

A crime thriller and a Jace Everett CD.
My sister and I went in on a model helicopter which you can fly inside and outside. I also got her the traditional chocolates. It's a bit of a jokey, fun present this year.
A Soap and Glory gift set, Debenhams voucher and a new diary. She'll moan that we spent too much on her like we usually do. Me and my sister do joint presents since I'm a poor student and she's 14 xD
2 CDs - Robbie Williams and Elton John

She'd already hinted
A calendar, a diary, necklace and a cute mug
I'm getting her some chocolate and a clothes giftcard. I was going to get her a giftcard for those perfume type shops too but I thought 2 giftcards would be a bit crap, I guess and I don't have a clue about bath sets and all those body grooming products.

This is the result of a combination of my cheapness and a lack of ideas (unless I can think of a better idea before tomorrow).
